Previous menus have included eclectic options such as Kaluga caviar, Vidalia onion cream and foie gras. Reservations can be made from Wednesday to Saturday and a 50% deposit is required per person. Bastion is divided into a bar and restaurant. The restaurant offers a five-course tasting menu that changes weekly depending on the freshest ingredients available and the latest source of inspiration from chef Josh Habiger.
